Ayesha Minhas, RPT

Registered Physiotherapist
As an internationally trained Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 13 years of experience, I truly enjoy helping people move better and feel stronger. Over the years, I've worked with individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, and post-cardiac surgery rehabilitation, supporting them at every stage of their recovery.

I'm licensed with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and focus on hands-on, personalized care. My treatment style includes manual muscle techniques, joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, transverse friction massage, and customized exercise programs designed around each person's goals and lifestyle. I believe the best outcomes come from truly listening. My approach is centred on understanding your concerns, creating a treatment plan together, and guiding you step by step toward better mobility, strength, and long-term recovery.

In my personal time, I enjoy hiking, exploring new places, and reading, as these activities help me stay balanced and inspired.
