Krista has been a practicing RMT for 7 years. Growing up as an athlete and after a career as an aesthetician, she decided to follow her passion for healing and fascination for the human body and attended Trillium College for massage therapy.

She has fined tuned her skills and knowledge over the years and specializes in treating headaches, sinus issues, jaw and neck problems. But has a wide range of skills.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, yoga and learning about health and nutrition.
